Kidsability Bilingual Services looks and provides highly trained Personal Care Assistant (PCA) personnel to directly supports the children at the direction of the teacher and the special education supervisor.

PCA are experienced to:

• Work with children on organizational skills.
• Guide children in activities.
• Monitor student progress.
• Provide instructional, behavioral and/or physical assistance to an individual student.
• Including, but not limited to, the use of assistive technology, on-task prompting, facilitating social skills, toileting and self-care skills.
• General supervision and support of student in all activities of daily living during a school day including transitioning from class to class.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to student, providing support to the student as he/she navigates through the school day.
• Discuss and coordinate instructional and support efforts with student's teachers and other therapeutic team members.
• Assist in bus loading and unloading as student arrives and leaves the building.
