Kidsability Bilingual Services looks and provides highly trained and licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant to oversees the work of the treatment team members as they provide services directly to the client and/or family in the home, school, and day care center through the use of behavior modification that will enable the client to be maintained and function appropriately in the least restrictive environment.

BSC are experienced to:

• Write and monitor behavioral treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
• To provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting.
• Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school.
• Train the Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
